Traditional Bakewell Tart   Our Traditional Bakewell Tart is made in small batches here in the USA. Ours is a classic Bakewell Tart, with a buttery shortcrust pastry layered with raspberry preserves, and topped with a soft, moist almond cake filling. Bakewell Tarts are steeped in a rick history dating back to England in the early 1900’s. Ours is delicious served on its own, with ice cream, or with some proper English custard.   Ingredients: Butter, Almond Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Enriched Wheat Flour (Malted Barley, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid) Raspberry Preserves (Sugar, Raspberries, Water, Glucose, Sugar Syrup, Pectin, Citric Acid, Sodium Alginate, Natural Flavor, Tricalcium Phosphate), Flaked Almonds, Egg Yolks, Water, Almond Extract, Lemon Juice, Salt Contains: Wheat, Eggs, Nuts (Almonds) For best results, either freeze or consume within four days of arrival Each Bakewell Tart weighs approx. 28oz
