Brewing Methods: Use clean, cold, fresh, chemical-free water that has been filtered preferably. Add 2 rounded Tbsps. per every 8 ozs of water. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. The brew water should be around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans and grounds in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture
