The PRS JMOD 100 was a collaboration between PRS and John Mayer to provide him with an amp that would end his search for unicorn amps. What they came up with is a 100w high headroom beast that creates broad and big clean tones. It also offers a separate gain stage to kick on for harmonically rich drive. As a John Mayer fan, I’m so happy to have this amp in my possession, and even more excited to offer this Tone Match pack to you all. I captured its tone at various settings that work wonderfully with all guitar pickups. I hope you enjoy this amp as it brings you one step closer to the man’s tone!
