Water process decaf, medium roast blend of Guatemala with notes of orange marmalade, caramel and hazelnut. Coffee Maker, French Press, Pour over, AeroPress When Chuck first started roasting coffee, he had only one origin, Guatemala from their family farm. He roasted it light (Vienna), medium (French) and dark (Italian). He blended light and medium to make Chuck Roast and medium and dark to make Madison Blend, named for his daughter.
