Water process decaf, dark roast blend of Latin America with notes of cocoa, dark cherries and spices. Coffee Maker, French Press, Pour over, AeroPress, Espresso When Chuck first started roasting coffee, he had only one origin, Guatemala from their family farm. He roasted it light (Vienna), medium (French) and dark (Italian). He blended light and medium to make Chuck Roast and medium and dark to make Madison Blend, named for his daughter.
