This item can be worn as a skirt or a dress.  Waist/top is drawstring and elastic.  There are 16” slits on the side seams.  Tie Dyed! 100% Rayon Flowy Comfortable and Versatile.  Very Hippie / Boho Rayon is lightweight and perfect for Hot Weather.  Measurements: Waist: or top: 40” Length: 41”     Adults aged 18 yrs. To 100! / fit will be oversized for teenagers.
