First, here's how we make it: we take Volcano Kimchi's Smokeshow kimchi made with Korean red chili powder and fermented cabbage, dehydrate it for two full days, grind it up and create a tasty powder you can smell a few rooms over. Then we blend it with ground and dried Just Salt, a hint of onion powder and a pinch of Gochugaru. The result? It's got the tanginess of real kimchi, plus a gentle heat to tantalize the taste buds, followed by an earth umami flavor. It's the iconic kimchi flavor you can take anywhere.
