Cowboy Candy (aka Candied Jalapenos)

Our Cowboy Candy is made from organic and pesticide free jalapenos harvested right here at Joy of Eden and processed in half-pint jars. This stuff is like crack and once you've had it, you will have to have more. Think hot, but sweet, and totally delicious on goat cheese or cream cheese on a cracker. They're great on sandwiches, in tacos, rice and baked into cornbread. Many people say that their favorite way to eat them is out of the jar. If you can wait a few weeks to crack a jar open, do it because they mellow and get better with a little time. Warning!!! These sweet goodies are HOT!
