C-Tar Melt is a blend of water soluble, easily rinseable,non hazardous ingredients. C-Tar Melt is safe for wood,metal, and masonry surfaces and will not raise the grain orcause discoloration of the surface. The product will aid inthe separation of tar residue from rinse water if runoff iscontained and stored for a short period of time. DilutionUse undiluted (straight).Application InstructionsC-Tar Melt is used straight; do not dilute this product withwater. The best method of tar removal from a painted vehicle isby putting a small amount on a cloth and wiping.For porous masonry, spray-on two applications, one following the other after a 5 minute soak period will sometimes outperform a single application and mechanical removal. Dwelltimes will vary with thickness of the coating to be stripped.C-Tar Melt can remove many materials in a fifteen minute timespan.
