Garnierite Pebble and Palm Stone

Garnierite, also sometimes called "Green Moonstone," is interesting in that its chemical composition cannot be agreed upon within the mineral community. It is thought to have a quartz crystalline base mixed with a serpentine chemical composition that has a high nickel content. It often can appear as a bright mint green with darker, chrysoprase-like sea foam hints, and sometimes it appears more grey/ brown and translucent.
