Oil on wood panel 30”W x 19” H With water always being a highly sought after commodity, new technology is helping to make the most of this precious resource with hi-tech crop monitoring systems.  To be able to read the area and sense the soil, the crops with the most need of saturation receive attention quicker and more efficiently. Crop farming provides food for billions of people worldwide and with these new systems it can help with sustainable farming without the use of pesticides. I thought it a brilliant subject to put down in paint.
