Tie IV - Together (11x6")

Note: This item is part of the exclusive Studio Sale. Approx dimensions ~11x6" (Actual dimensions 10.75x6") Ink, adhesive on paper, hand deckled edge. Signed and dated by Julia. All of the pieces in Ties were painted with a house brush- the same brush I used to paint the walls of our house at the time. There is a close intimacy in the scale and material of the paper. – This last piece feels like a joining, right to the edge. There is an intimacy and a sense of what could be interwoven, almost braided, even with the stark boundaries of the paper's edge. The view is wider too, it is the first piece with this landscape orientation. Ships unframed. See framing suggestions below.
