Roper : Purple Pebble Jacquard with Removable Ruffle

This Caftan started it all for me. It has the drama of the glamorous women from the 70's and the ease of feeling like you can dance, have a cocktail or host a party without the worry of feeling too fussy. The Pullover Long Caftan w Hook & Eye is my invention. I love a Caftan (hence the Mrs Roper reference) but the goal is to look alluring but not lost in fabric.  A fun secret about the design of the Caftan is that it can be worn loose or cinched in at the waist. I have facilitated this in the design by attaching a hidden hook and eye on the inside front panel or side seam that when clasped in the back gives a flattering cape effect.
