Kind of a Big Deal Hot Sauce [4/10 heat] (Award winner!)

My Kind of a Big Deal Hot sauce took second place in the Habanero sauce category at the 2023 T-Town Burn Down hot sauce competition!    Good Food Awards 2022 Finalist! This sauce has paper lantern habaneros, which are a bit hotter than the typical hab.  This is my husband's favorite hot sauce that I make! Ingredients: local chiles: paper lantern habaneros, jalapeños;  distilled vinegar, local onion, salt, local honey, garlic 5/10 heat Check out Bill Moore's review of Kind of a Big Deal here!
