Saudade

Saudade is our second collaboration with Alimentari Flanuer.  Translating to a feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia in Portuguese, Saudade is the perfect encapsulation of this feeling in a bottle of wine.  We took the same Pinot Noir from Hawkeye Ranch from our first collaborative wine, Friends & Family, and held it back an extra year, to create an even more beautiful product. The wine unpretentious yet elegant  - notes of dried roses, hibiscus & peak season black cherries.
