VIP Section

V.I.P Section (Very Important Pear), is our pear-grape wine that became an immediate Fall favorite for us upon its release last year. This is a 50-50 co-ferment of organic Bartlett pears from Johnson Family Ranch in Mendocino and Sauvignon Blanc from Heringer Estates in Clarksburg.  This is a totally unfined, unfiltered and sulfite-free wine, that tastes like oro blanco juice and honeysuckles. Salty, crisp and full of bright flavors.
