Product Profile:Junction 35’s Gin is a well rounded spirit that isn’t too dry, yet not too sweet. In a world full of bitter gins and ones that are too sweet, Junction 35’s gin stands apart from the rest as a perfectly balanced gin suitable for a variety of cocktails or even enjoyed on the rocks. Tasting Notes:Crisp, with a hint of florals and orange peels, this traditional gin provides notes of evergreen and a hint of spice. Juniper, citrus, and spice provide lingering complexity to the body and finish. Recipe: French 75 2 oz J35 Gin 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1 oz Simple Syrup Twist of Lemon for Garnish Top with a dry Champagne or Prosecco Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice until very cold. Strain into a wide champagne glass and top with champagne. Serve with a twist of lemon. *This cocktail is not available at Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar, as it contains champagne or prosecco.
