We have 3- 90 proof straights. Bourbon, Rye and TN Whiskey. Product Profile:Junction 35’s Straight Rye is a real treat to the tastebuds if you like warm notes of baking spices, smoke, and vanilla. This one comes in with a punch of flavor that lingers on the palate and is great in a Manhattan. Tasting Notes:Caramel and vanilla forward notes fade to a complex spice and slightly smoky body. The warm rye spice in the body carries into a long finish of cinnamon and nutmeg. Recipe: Manhattan 2 oz Junction 35 Straight Rye 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 2 Dashes Bitters Garnish: Cherry (or lemon twist, if preferred) Add the Rye Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cherry (or a lemon twist, if preferred). *This cocktail is not served at Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar due to the addition of Vermouth.
