Monarch butterflies (Danaus plexippus) are endangered largely due to habitat loss and changing weather patterns. Urban development is reducing the availability of the milkweed plant, where Monarchs lay their eggs. A portion of all our proceeds at Jungaloo is donated to the World Wildlife Fund to assist conservation efforts for the distinctive Monarch butterfly and other endangered species.
