Snow leopards (Panthera uncia) are a vulnerable species, with an estimated 6,500 left in the wild, according to the World Wildlife Fund. Poaching, human-wildlife conflict, and habitat loss are the main drivers of decline among the snow leopard population, and climate change is likely to reduce their numbers further. A portion of all our proceeds at Jungaloo is donated to the World Wildlife Fund to assist conservation efforts for the beautiful snow leopard and other endangered species.
