This salt free Memphis style bbq rub is just the thing to meet all your grilling needs! This sweet and savory rub is perfect for the smoker and is delicious on all things BBQ. Great on: Steak, seafood, chicken and burgers but this rub truly shines on ribs and pork shoulder. Salt free. Why salt free? Good BBQ is an art, that is why I chose to leave out the salt in this rub. Whenever you are Smoking, you should salt the meat appropriately to size. For example, when I make baby back ribs, I will salt them about 6 hours before, and then add the rub about 1 hour before.
