Using a Multi-step rusting process the artist redid the interior to show rotting then heavily rusted the body, interior, undercarriage, and under the hood! The truck was dismantled and a Jimmy Flintstond Resin tank was attached. After my time in the service and waiting to begin college I worked in a metal fabrication company and helped make tanks that looked just like this one! I learned some valuable life skills from that experience. Basics like, not grinding the inside welds of the tanks in hot weather and without proper safety devices.
