Our JNT-SR4K spreader kit includes 2 each JNT-SR4-org and JNT-SR4-green. Our JNT-SR4-orange sealant applicator (spatula / spreader) is made out of orange glass filled Nylon plastic. This applicator measures 7” long and is designed with two spatula tip sizes, 3/8” and 1/2” for spreading sealant in fillet areas. Nylon is more chemically resistant in using with solvents for clean up. This applicator is orange to assist in FOD needs. Made in the USA Our JNT-SR4-green sealant applicator (spatula / spreader) is made out of green celcon plastic. This applicator measures 7” long and is designed with two spatula tip sizes, 3/8” and 1/2” for spreading sealant in fillet areas. Celcon was selected by Boeing to avoid scoring and scratching Alclad surfaces. Celcon is a more chemically resistant plastic when working with solvents.
