Ephraim Faience 2013 Hand Made Art Pottery The Old Sage Ceramic Tile This 2013 Ephraim Faience handcrafted “The Old Sage” ceramic tile features a striking owl’s face with intense, watchful eyes and a sharply defined beak. Finished in earthy brown and green matte glazes, the tile captures the wisdom and mystery of its namesake. A fine example of the studio’s detailed sculpting and Arts and Crafts-inspired design. Excellent original condition. No chips, cracks, damage or repair of any kind. Bottom marked with logo Ephraim Pottery and BH all in black ink. Tile is 5" by 5". Stand is 8 1/4" by 5". Form was retired in 2015.
