Steel Upgraded Blitz Pro Pinion Gear

Pinion Slip Solution Blitz Pro motors have proven to be durable, powerful, and compact. However, up until Mk4 came along with D shaft motors and steel custom pinions, the brass pinions on the older motors could occasionally slip or wear down. These steel pinions are a drop-in replacement for any motor Mk3 or older and should vastly reduce the chances of any reliability problems. Note - a specialized pinion puller may be required to remove the existing pinion, and an arbor press is recommended for new pinion installation. Adding Green Loctite 648 or equivalent may add additional security to these new pinions and old brass ones.
