Pretty Polish Pottery Baker

We can't imagine a more festive way to serve a casserole than this colorful polish pottery baking dish in the Peacock Bumble Bee pattern. What would we bake in here? Well, it seems perfect for a brunch table, so maybe a egg and potato casserole; but we also think some chicken pieces bathed in butter and herbs would roast up nicely in this and make a very nice statement when serving dinner.
