Nice nugget setting ring featuring a cabochon topaz stone with two diamond accents. Looks like a unisex ring, so could be worn by the guy that wants a thinner band or a woman. I am not sure what kind of topaz stone this is. It reflects light similar to a star sapphire, but is a dark brown, simi black stone. Two tiny diamonds - one on each side of the main stone.
