14K White Gold Sugarloaf Blue Sapphire & Topaz Art Deco Inspired Ring Size 4

What a pretty 14K white gold designer signed ring in need of a little love. This ring is listed for repair and as such is sold as is, as pictured, as described, no return . Please do review all of the photographs as they are of the actual item you are buying. I am not certain of the age of this ring, but I believe it is a period inspired modern piece. Large sugarloaf style sapphire that has not been reviewed by a gemologist. Look to be, so I assume it is, lab created due to the white topaz accent. The stone is claw set in the ring and the main stone is loose and will need to be reset. The main stone has some wear on the head as would be expected and some scratching on the underside that will need to be polished out. There were two beget white topaz stones mounted on the ring, one on each side. One stone went missing after the cleaning which means it was ready to fall out before the cleaning. unfortunately I missed it, so the stone got tossed with the soapy water solution. Needless to s
