The Century of Queens with Sketches of some Princes of Literature and Art. Published 1872 by James Miller, 647 Broadway, New York. Some very nice fine steel engravings. Joseph J Little Electrotyper, Stereotyper and Printer, New York. Binding is toast as is the spin. No apparent missing pages, but the book is a mess. I suppose this is more about the nice steel engravings unless you plan to restore the book. The pages for framing reference measure about 9 3/8" x just under 7". All the steel engravings look to be present and in very fine condition. I have focused the photographs on the steel engravings The illustrations table of contents says 287 pages, but the book legitimately ends at page 251 and the table of contents showing the last chapter starting at page 226.
