925 Eagle 23 Mexico Greek Key and Pansy Motif Victorian Revival Perfume Funnel

What a fabulous example of Mexican sterling work in this Victorian revival perfume funnel. Hand worked, this piece features a Greek Key design along the top rim and a pansy floral pattern on the lower end. A very unusual design to see coming out of the Mexican silversmiths. The funnel is a little out of round. The filigree handle is in fine condition. Lots of patina on this piece. This is probably made in the latter 1940's time period. Marked sterling 925, Mexico, signed AE inside M, Eagle 23 mark. This is a known mark.... Unpolished. Measures 1 1/2" long and the spout is about 1" across. Weight as pictured is 3 grams.
