Antique 1853-1865 Dutch Export Silver Pill/Mint/Snuff Box Windmill Ship Roupouss

Old antique Dutch made silver repoussé box featuring a windmill and ship along with various decorations. I presume this to be a pill box, but it could be a snuff box or a peppermint box. Marked with a sword with double appendages (used from 1814-1865) and the key for export used from 1853 to 1953 to indicate it was intended for export. Fineness is not specific but the mark guarantees a minimum of .833 fineness. There is a 3rd mark that I cannot identify and may be a guild mark.
