Antique Coin Silver Diamond & Sapphire Victorian Style Velvet Hand Bag

Unknown age, unknown maker, antique handbag for restoration or repurpose. The handbag is velvet material and once was blue and is now faded/discolored and stained. The inner lining is shredded, stained and discolored and was once silk. The bag portion is attached to the coin silver opening looking like it uses a silver thread. Push button clasp for opening features a cabochon blue sapphire. There are 17 various oval form faceted blue sapphire stones. Gypsy set into the coin silver frame surrounding the sapphires are no less than 140 various size polki diamond chips each with 3 facets and flat bottom. Diamonds are natural earth mined, sapphire it is unknown. The reverse side of the opening features a floral Edwardian & Victorian style design.
