Antique Sterling Silver Signed Victorian Era Belt Buckle Set For Repair

A nice plain antique sterling silver belt buck set from the Victorian era. I am not an expert on these so they could be older. They are signed, but I cannot read the signature. One of the center portions needs to be soldered as it has come loose as pictured and is about to fully come off. These measure as a buckled set about 3 5/8" across. Individually they measure about 2 1/16" across and at  the highest point about 1 3/8". They weigh a total of 28.6 grams all inclusive.
