1845 Benthall Hall, Shropshire, Drawn In Lithotint By F.w. Hulme, J.c. Bylifs, C

A fine example of a lithotint by Chapman & Hall, London titled; Benthall Hall, Shropshire. This was drawn in Lithotint by F.W. Hulme from a drawing by J.C. Bylifs. The lithotint says Published January 1st 1847. The visible image size in the frame is estimated at 11 1/2" wide and 9" high. Some light foxing present. This is framed in a nice solid old shadowbox frame that needs disassembed, cleaned and reassembled. Some paint losses to the gold paint and wear to the frame. The tag on the back of the frame says Hand Colored - Original Old Lithograph, circa 1845. Framed and sold by James Paplia, Clifton New Jersey. The paper on the back is torn across both side and the top. The frame measures 17" x 14 1/2" x 1 3/4" Good condition overall possible trimming as the piece has not been removed from the frame.
