Genuine Vintage Tooled Leather Wallet Billfold Souvenir In Original Gift Box

Vintage from the 1960's era tool leather billfold with a hat on one side and a symbol area (probably for initials) on the other. This mans wallet looks to have never been used. Some storage condition issues, leather, given its age, needs to be properly treated/conditioned prior to active use. Still pretty supple for being about 50 years old.
