It's in the Stars Navy & White Sweater Cardigan {And the Why}

From the popular And the Why brand... Super fun loose fit star cardigan.  Check out that fun texture!FIT: True to Size for intended oversized look as shown in model photos.  I am sized down two sizes in the photos.  I normally wear a 2X top when it's relaxed (but can often do an XL as well) and a 3X if it's a straighter cut. I wear a size 20 pant, and am wearing this cardigan sweater in the M/L so it appears shorter on me.
