Organic Kuzu (70g)

Kuzu Probios is a starch extracted from the Pueraria Lobata root, according to the traditional Japanese method, known in macrobiotic medicine for its anti-inflammatory and adjuvant properties for digestive tract disorders. Use it as a thickener for soups, sauces, desserts or puddings, dissolving a teaspoon in a little cold water and then heating for a few minutes, stirring until a thick and transparent mixture is produced. Available in 70g jar.
