Please note the following important details: ✅ All files must be submitted as Canva files – no other formats will be accepted.✅ No edits will be made – it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct before submission.✅ We print exactly what is sent – spelling, grammar, alignment, placement, and centering are solely the responsibility of the customer. K Custom Designs is not responsible for any errors in the file.✅ Printing has a 5-day turnaround time. Please plan accordingly.✅ Printing is done Monday through Friday only – No shipments on weekends. Please also take holidays into consideration when placing your order.✅ Double-check before you send!
