Mediterranean Blend

Our robust blend of Mediterranean spices including cumin, tumeric, onion, garlic and hickory smoked pink salt is great for smoking fish, chicken, or lamb. Great mixed with yogurt dip or topping for falafel or grilled eggplant. Mix it with margarine to make a paste for crusting fish filets before baking on tinfoil in the oven. Combine it with any meatless sauce over pasta for a quick, nutritious meal. Add it to soups or stews to add an extra zing.
