14 ounces of pork intestine marinaded in a sweet and savory sauce. Cook thoroughly (we like to cut into even smaller pieces and grill until caramelized) and enjoy with rice or dip into samjang sauce. Ends up very chewy and flavorful.  Koreans love to grill intestines (beef or pork) and enjoy with a nice cold beer or shot of soju. It's called 'anju' or a drinking snack.
