With there only being  1 in 10,000 people in the world who have this condition, it is very rare.  The only way to fix this is to cast weekly for 4 weeks and then go in for surgery to try and repair the affected foot. Rylee was born with both of these conditions and her mom and dad have been fighting for her ever since. They found her the best dr to perform the surgery who was 4 hours from their home. Then, in the middle of it all the dr ended up moving to Florida
