Dona Organic Matcha Powder

Organic Kyoto Matcha powder, air freight directly over from Japan. It is fresher than most matcha you will find which makes it less astringent and keeps more of the natural sweetness. This Matcha is hand picked and stone milled from small lot tea farms ( Yabukita Farm) in Kyoto, Japan. This matcha comes from a blend of tea leaves sourced from several small plot farms in Uji, Kyoto. The tea leaves are selected and stone-milled by a fourth generation tea producer.  Brew recipe: scoop 1 tsp (2g) into a tea bowl add 2.5oz (75mL) of hot water (170F)
