Sunrise (Espresso optimized)

Our Espresso Blend is uniquely designed to provide a bright acidity through origin selection and bean development at the medium roast profile. It is roasted lighter than many Espresso Blends, yet it retains a strong body. The roast level is unique medium resulting in a sweet, bright, fruity shot that is not astringent as an espresso, and punches through milk in Cappuccinos or Lattes, leaving a great coffee flavor.  Also great as a pour over or drip coffee.  Coffee is used from Indonesia, Central America, and South America to establish our fantastic flavor profile.
