Chappell Roan Pink Pony Plumbing Chainstitched Work Shirt [ORIGINAL]

This one-of-a-kind wearable art piece is inspired by Chappell Roan's iconic single "The Giver" (and subsequent viral media campaign) and old school blue collar work shirt designs, combining Kait's love for old type, vintage memorabilia, and her queerness.  Type and illustration designed by Kait for this piece and embroidered on her vintage hand-steered chainstitch embroidery machine using a combination of reclaimed dead stock threads and modern threads, both 100% cotton. Total work on this piece of around 8 hours.  Due to the base shirt being vintage, there are a couple of spots and stains around the piece, nearly imperceptible. Unedited photos are included in the listing showing stains. The shirt was thoroughly cleaned before embroidery and will come pressed, lightly starched and inside a protective garment bag. Shipping as well as local Chattanooga pickup from Kait's studio inside Clearstory Arts is offered. Size not listed on the original garment tag, but I guesstimate an XL-2XL. Me
