The Sazerac 2oz Sazerac Rye Whiskey 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters 1/4oz Legendre Herbsaint 1 sugar cube ** Fill an Old Fashioned or Rocks glass with ice and allow the glass to chill while you prepare your cocktail. In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube in the Peychaud's Bitters. Add the Sazerac Rye to the mixing glass and stir into the bitters & sugar cube. Discard the ice cubes from your now chilled glass.
