Punjabi Wadi are spicy, deliciously flavored sun dried small pieces dumpling made from urad lentils. They are very spicy, have quite meaty texture when cooked and each bite sends a burst of spicy flavor to your tastebuds.Wadi are first pan fried then cooked in a liquid type dish to thicken the gravy, add flavor and texture.Ingredients: Urad Dal, Red Chilli, Green Chilli, Cumin Seed,Black Pepper, Soda Bicarbonate and Salt.
