California Verdelho White tea, citrus peel, apricot, beeswax, chamomile, poached pear, and white cherry aromatics. The fruity freshness cuts through the textural, nuanced, complex palate. Made of destemmed foot-tread Verdelho that macerated for three days, then pressed into barrel, spontaneously fermented, and aged on it's lees with full malolactic fermentation.
