Loire Valley, France Sebein apples - 4 to 5 different apple varieties Officially cider lovers over here! This beautiful cider is just the right amount of juiciness and alcohol content (5%). Perfect for these afternoons where the sun is just starting to peak through the clouds.  Hand picked fruit, aged for 10-30 days. Gently pressed and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel. Aged in neutral oak barrels. Secondary fermentation in bottle, aged sur lattes for a few months before release.
