Cyril & Jean-Mi "Rouge" VDF

Languedoc, France Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah With flavors of crushed raspberries and red currants, all wrapped in a light, earthy tannic structure. It’s the kind of wine that everyone loves —truly a crowd-pleaser. Cyril runs the organic vineyard in Languedoc where the grenache and cinsault for Martin Texier's Boutanche come from, and he rents a parcel of older cabernet and syrah vines there to Jean-Michel (Jean-Mi), which is the basis for this wine. Fermented in cement tanks, settled in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Ambient fermentation, no additions apart from 10ppm SO2 before bottling.
