Crémant de Loire Blanc NV

 Loire Valley, France This exotic blend of Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc is grown on soils rich in limestone, clay and tufa–­–the material widely used in the building of many of the chateaux found throughout the Loire.  Aged for twelve months on the lees after undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle, this fine non-vintage brut is the perfect aperitif as its lovely acidity, lean limestone core, bold apricot fruit and intense berry aromatics cleanse the palate with efficiency and grace.
